Briggs & Forrester wins major London contracts

Triton Tower is one of two contracts in the Regents Place development in central London awarded to Briggs & Forrester.

Briggs & Forrester has been awarded two contracts together worth £15.3 million in the North East Quadrant site of the Regents Place development in central London. They were placed by British Land, with Lend Lease acting as construction manager.

The first contract is to provide the complete mechanical and public-health services for a new commercial development comprising over 2970 m2 of grade A office space. It comprises three linked blocks of eight, 10 and 16 storeys. Several floors have been pre-let to Debenhams as the location for its new corporate headquarters.

The second contract is to provide the complete mechanical, public-health and electrical services for the 25-storey Triton Tower, which provides 94 market apartments and an 8-storey social-housing block on Hampstead Road providing 68 affordable apartments.
