Eco2Solar pledge charity boost for children’s hospice

Solar-energy specialist Eco2Solar is donating £10 for each solar installation it completes until November 2013 to Acorns Children’s Hospice Trust in the West Midlands, as well as holding monthly fund-raising events in the region. The scheme will potentially raise up to £5000 to support all three Acorn hospices in caring for life-limited and life-threatened children and young people and their families.

Ryan Mee, sales and operations director of Eco2Solar says, ‘We have donated a significant amount of money for a range of charities through regular fundraising activities since the launch of the business in 2007.

‘Acorns is a fantastic charity, and the funds we raise will directly help life-limited children and their families throughout the region by paying for vital care and support services.’
