Sabien appointed by BNP Paribus Real Estate

Following the installation of Sabien’sM2G boiler controls into 20 of a client’s buildings, BNP Paribas Real Estate has appointed Sabien Technology as a preferred supplier of boiler efficiency units. Where appropriate, these intelligent boiler-load optimisers will be supplied to clients of BNP Paribas Real Estate to improve energy efficiency by controlling boiler dry cycling. Sabien will also provide project-management services, liaising with end clients to deliver projects.

This appointment follows a rigorous evaluation of the effectiveness of M2G technology and Sabien’s own environmental performance.

M2G is retro-fitted to a boiler and monitors flow and return temperatures every 10 seconds. This information is used to decide whether the temperature loss is due to genuine heating demand or from standing losses — in which case the boiler is prevented from fire to offset these loses. Paybacks are typically within two years.
