Cavendish becomes distributor for magnetic fuel treatment

Engineering consultancy Cavendish Engineers has partnered with Magnatech to offer fuel-conditioning solutions to commercial and industrial clients. As part of the agreement, Cavendish is a distributor for Magnatech’s fuel-conditioning units, which are designed to significantly cut costs and carbon emissions and maximise heating-system efficiency. Cavendish has specified and fitted four units in a large Government building.

This fuel treatment is said to reduce fuel consumption on existing heating systems by at least 6%; typical savings are 10%. Powerful magnets fitted to the outside of fuel lines create a rise in flame temperature, enabling the heating system to reach temperature more quickly and reduce overall fuel consumption.
