BSS’s Industrial hosts Dam-BOSS-ter event

BSS Industrial

BSS Industrial customers were given the opportunity to mark the 70th anniversary of the ‘Dambusters’ raid by the RAF’s 617 Squadron by riding in Just Jane, one of only two serviceable Lancaster bombers left in the UK — albeit just taxi-ing on the ground. The event included a private screening of the classic film ‘The dam busters’.

Tom Wilson, business development manager for BSS Industrial, commented: ‘The Dambusters squadron, Avro Lancaster bomber and the bouncing bomb represent a significant feat of British engineering, ingenuity and perseverance.

‘Given the cultural significance of the actions of the brave crews and the machinery available to them, we thought commemorating the 70th anniversary with modern-day key players of British industry would be ideal. It’s been a fantastic event to build relationships with our customers and to reiterate the strength of the BOSS brand.’
