Castle continues to add to its contract wins

Castle Building Services

Castle Building Services of Hebburn has secured three new contracts totalling £4.7 million since the beginning of August, putting the company on track to record a further 25% increase in growth for the rest of the year. The latest wins include projects in further education, commercial office space and waste transfer.

One project is for MEP services at Sunderland College’s Bede Campus in two 3-storey buildings to accommodate the college’s sports and visual and performing arts facilities.

Castle is also returning to Turbine Business Park on a second phase of work on a project to create incubator office space aimed at business start-ups.

In the waste-transfer sector is the creation of three waste-transfer sites in Tyne & Wear with contractor Lend Lease on a PFI scheme.

Castle’s predicts director David Hartland says, ‘Our work-winning consistency means that we are on track to record further significant growth for the remainder of the year and benefits our recent high level of recruitment.’
