G&H Group restructures to facilitate more growth

Leeds-based G&H Group has responded to continuing growth with a new corporate structure to spearhead future growth. The company was formed in 1998 and is on target to grow turnover by 15% this year to £15 million. Recently completed projects include the £9 million Ogden Macmillan Oncology Centre at Harrogate District Hospital and the £1.7 million fit-out of St Boltoph’s LA Fitness centre in London.

Four new divisions have been created to cover building services, sustainability, maintenance and fabrication.

G&H Group employs 80 staff, including eight apprentices — for which it won a regional training merit award for apprentice installer of the year.

Clients include Asda, EE, Leeds City Council, Rolls Royce, Barnsley Council, Gordons LLP, the Rank Organisation and Odeon Cinemas.

Managing director Graham Kelly said, ‘In the last two years we have recorded significant increases in turnover and profit, resulting in the recruitment of a number of new staff. The new group structure will enable us to focus on providing a wider range of services and to grow the business across more disciplines.’
