Rinnai offers BMS gateway for its range of water heaters

Rinnai has introduced a gateway that enables its continuous-flow hot-water products and systems to be integrated with building-management systems. It is compatible with BACnet and Modbus. The gateway provides access to the advanced functionality of Rinnai products — including temperature control, fault diagnostics and communication, energy monitoring, trend logging and on/off status.

Managing director Tony Gittings, said, ‘We have recognised the growing market for a reliable and efficient supply of hot water. The Rinnai gateway will provide end uses and FMs with the facility to manage and maintain their hot-water supply more efficiently than ever before.’
