Remeha is specified for Riverlight development

Remeha, space heating, boiler

An integrated energy solution for the Riverside apartment development in London includes four Remeha gas-fired sectional boilers with a total output of nearly 4 MW working with ground-source heat pumps and a CHP unit. The development includes 806 apartments and penthouses. It was designed by Roger Stirk + Partners for property firm St James, part of the Berkeley Group.

The ground-source heat pumps provide chilled water and preheat the LTHW.

The heating installation was carried out by Rotary Building Services (Southern). Operations director Len Quy said, ‘We specified Remeha boilers due to their quality, energy-rating compliance, reliability and ease of installation and maintenance — which have been matched by their excellent service.’
