Zehnder flat-panel radiators use plastic materials
Zehnder’s Zmart Flex flat panel radiators is made from polybutane polymer and comprises a network of plastic tubes behind an aluminium front casing. These materials reduce the weight of a radiator by up to 60% compared to a traditional pressed-steel panel, enabling a radiator to be lifted, positioned and installed by one person at all times.
The plastic material is not subject to corrosion, even in systems with poor water quality. As a result, a full 10-year guarantee is offered.
Behind the front panel, the radiator is top-entry bottom-exit. Internal flexible connections enable any combination of connections externally, including closely spaced under the centre of the radiator.
There are 63 sizes with outputs from 124 to 2621 W. The largest radiator weighs less than 25 kg.
