JS Wright reaches new heights in London

JS Wright, contractor

The £4 million contract for services for the Capital Towers residential development at Stratford in east London is to be carried out by JS Wright. It will include an energy centre with CHP, LTHW heating and DHW services, and heat interface units to serve all 191 apartments.

The project by Galliard Homes comprises the 14-level City West Tower and the 34-level Sky View Tower. It is the biggest high-rise project for JS Wright.

Other services will include heat-recovery ventilation in apartments, wet and dry risers, smoke ventilation and BMS controls.

This is the fifth commission from Galliard in the past five years. Work is due to start on site in October 2015, with completion scheduled for December 2016.
