Live steam humidifier operates at 4 bar

JS
An operating pressure of 4 bar enables the Armstrong live steam humidifier to deliver exceptional performance.
The Armstrong live steam humidifier from JS Humidifiers runs at up to 4 bar pressure to produce hotter and drier steam than systems running at 2 bar. This high pressure also makes possible a greater output — up to 1823 kg/h from a single unit; this is said to be two to three times more than competitive units. Live steam humidifiers are ideal for situations with an existing steam supply, such as hospitals and laboratories. They offer a fast response and have minimal maintenance requirements. The higher pressure enables smaller pipework and press-reducing valve to be used, making the system cheaper to set up. This humidifier eliminate all condensate from the steam before it is released into the duct. A control valve prevents steam being released into the duct. RH is controlled to within ±1%, and the turndown ratio is 123:1. The standard model has a cast-iron body with stainless-steel steam lance. A fully stainless-steel model is available. JS can also offer a direct-air model with a maximum output of 130 kg/h; it is wall mounted with a fans to disperse the steam into the atmosphere.
