Smarter water control for multi-unit sites

A pressure gauge has been added to Reliance Water Controls’ tenant valve assembly.
Reliance Water Controls has improved its tenant valve assembly (TVA) with the addition of a pressure gauge. These valves also include pressure reduction, isolating and double-check valves and reduce installation time. These valves suit all multi-unit buildings, such as apartments and offices, and also prefabricated buildings. All components face one way, so it is easy to fit a TVA against a wall. A water meter can be added if required, which feedback shows is required by 30% of users. If a water supplier wants a Class D primary charging meter to be added, Reliance can supply an adaptor bush with which to replace the blanking cap; the meter would by supplied by the water company. All components are rated to 80°C, so the same design can be used on cold- and hot-water circuits.
