Architectural luminaires harmonise with daylight

Mimicking daylight and interacting with it — Riegens Lighting’s Casino range of architectural luminaires.
Casino architectural luminaires from Riegens Lighting come as five different fittings with one common theme — functioning in the same way as daylight, whilst interacting harmoniously with it. Casino luminaires radiate indirect light to reduce contrast in a room and control direct light using double parabolic louvres. The Trio fitting is designed for cellular offices and open-plan layouts. Control of direct/indirect illumination is provided by an infra-red remote controller. The version with an integrated lighting controller maintains the lighting level in response to natural light, and a presence detector will switch lights on and off. The Duo is a very slim indirect luminaire with a solid facia. A more decorative option has opal lined oval slots that diffuse light through an opal film liner. Trio and Duo have high-frequency multi ballasts that detect the wattage of the lamp (28 or 54 W) — making it possible to change the level of illumination simply by changing the lamps. Casino also comes as wall, floor and pendant versions for maintaining a design theme throughout a project. There is also a direct/indirect modular Casino System offering a solution for open-plan offices, schools and similar applications.
