ICS Cool Energy offers rental to help companies retain capital

An alternative to the outright purchase of heating and cooling equipment is provided by flexible rental solutions offered by ICS Cool Energy.
ICS Cool Energy offers an alternative to the purchase of equipment for heating and cooling at a time when companies prefer to hold on to their cash reserves rather than invest in new systems. Russell Wilson, a director of the company, explains, ‘We have noticed a change in our customers. Many are deciding to rent cooling and heating equipment rather than buy, and we are trying to help by offering a flexible approach to rental.’ ‘Businesses do not always consider the alternatives to purchasing, or simply do not know what the alternatives are. With a wide range of brand new equipment either fully specified or rental fleet, Cool Energy can provide equipment and installation to suit any HVAC or process application with a cooling or heating requirement. Equipment includes air- and water-cooled chillers providing up to 2 MW of cooling from a single unit, air-handling units and portable office air conditioning. For more exacting and customised applications, equipment can be purpose-built at the company’s 4600 m2 factory in Southampton.’ Russell Wilson concludes, ‘We can offer a wide range of cooling equipment and solutions, so choice is not an issue. Our main aim is to provide a cost-effective solution and an alternative to purchase when funds are not available.’
