Vent-Axia introduces Multivent whole-house ventilation system

Vent-Axia
Vent-Axia’s Sentinel Multivent is a continuous ‘on-demand’ whole-house ventilation system that complies with Building Regulations Part F 2006 and Part L1A, including SAP 2005 and Appendix Q to provide an estimated 55% energy saving and an annual 60 kg carbon reduction compared with conventional ventilation solutions. Air can be extracted simultaneously from different rooms. Stale air is extracted via ductwork from the kitchen, toilet, bathroom or other wet areas as and when required and discharged through a single outlet vent. The ventilation rate can be set on the LCD display to low, normal or boost speeds up to 450 m3/h to match the volume of the property. This operation is then further enhanced by a range of external, plug-and-play control and sensor options for humidity, air quality, PIR, CO2 and temperature. Other options include integral humidity sensor, delay-on timer, over-run timer and wireless control. Installation can be in a loft, ceiling or airing cupboard.
