School gives Vaillant top marks

Vaillant - School
The rapid installation of two Vaillant boilers at Millbank Primary School in Westminster following the failure of a previous boiler has delivered reliability and efficient heating and hot water.

Faced with the loss of one of its two boilers just before the Autumn half term and concern about the remaining boiler failing shortly too, Millbank Primary School in Westminster had a Vaillant ecoCRAFT 120 floor-standing boiler installed that week. While initially there was only enough time and budget to install one replacement, the improvements to heating and hot water were so immediate that the school decided to fund a second replacement boiler from its own resources.

These boilers were specified and installed by Enterprise FM, whose Robin Stokes comments, ‘We use Vaillant boilers on our domestic projects, and so it was really a natural progression to begin to specify Vaillant’s commercial boilers. Vaillant is one of our preferred suppliers because of the high level of product reliability and excellent after-sales service and support.’

Trevor Standley, the school’s keeper, said, ‘The old boilers would break down, and the first I’d know about it was that one of the teachers would tell me that there was no hot water or that the heating had gone off. That simply doesn’t happen now. Replacing both boilers has made the supply of hot water and heating around the school a lot more straightforward and efficient.’
