High-performance heating and cooling ceiling panel
Zehnder’s Carboline radiant ceiling panel can deliver both heating and cooling.
It consists of copper tubes embedded into graphite panels and placed into a sheet-steel casing. This method of assembly is said to guarantee an extremely even heat distribution and exceptional controllability.
Carboline also has a very fast reaction time, with the lower mass and excellent conductivity of the panel ensuring it reacts immediately to changes in room temperature — reducing running costs and emissions.
These panels can also operate at the lower water temperatures available from renewable energy sources.
They are available with a smooth or perforated surface and finished with a white anti-bacterial powder coat as standard. Other colours in gloss or matt finishes are available.
The benefit of the perforated surface is its acoustic properties, conforming to ISO 354.
Carboline panels come in a standard width and five standard lengths.
