Briggs & Forrester awarded new-build college

Briggs & Forrester has been awarded a £10 million contract for a new-build college to provide 20 000 m2 of education space. Working with SDC Builders, Briggs & Forrester will design and install M&E and public-health services, including IT/data installation, biomass boilers and building-management system.

The building is targeted to achieve a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating.
