Xpelair launches slimline mechanical ventilation

Xpelair

Xpelair’s latest MEV central-extract unit is only 190 mm deep, compared with 250 mm for many other units — making it easier to install, especially in restricted spaces such as ceiling voids in apartments.

The Xplus 2 continuously extracts air from commercial and domestic wet areas and can be mounted at any angle. There are five 125 mm extract spigots and three blanking plates, providing flexibility in the number and direction of spigots required.

They have external-rotor motors to ensure exhaust air is replaced with the highest-quality air. Accessories include a Profile 60 rectangular flat duct with 125 mm rigid or flexible ducting, insulated or uninsulated.
