WindowMaster extends its service offering to third-party systems

WindowMaster has extended its system maintenance services to include third-party control systems, as well as its own natural comfort and smoke-ventilation solutions. The company runs a number of contracts servicing window-control and building-management systems in a variety of facilities — including theatres, sports stadia, university campuses, schools, offices, business centres and apartments.

Ian Symmonds, services manager for WindowMaster, explains, ‘Our experienced service team now provides solutions even where non-WindowMaster motors are controlled and routed via third-party systems. WindowMaster engineers will service the primary control system and issue the user with the appropriate certification.’
