Polypipe gets smart with app for controlling underfloor heating

Polypipe has developed a smartphone app to remotely control its underfloor heating systems. Users can remotely control their underfloor heating via a device connected to the Internet.

The app enables user to regulate the temperature of each room with underfloor heating to reduce energy costs and the ability to change timings at any time.

Andy Coy, product manager, said, ‘Busy lifestyles mean our plans are constantly subject to change. A fully remote system to control heating means no waste, and an accessible interface means it’s easy to quickly change timings with no fuss.’
