Ciat’s ClimaCiat range of air-handling units is available in three models. Airtech is the flagship model. Airclean is for controlled environments such as clean rooms, medical facilities, pharmaceutical industries and micro-electronics. Airaccess (pictured) is for multi-use commercial buildings.

All models are certified to perform to the latest European standards (EN 13053 and EN 1886) and designed to meet future regulatory requirements applicable from 2018.

This fully modular range has over 26 functions that can be customised to meet specific customer needs.Airtech units come in nine sizes with airflow rates of up to 30 000 m3/h; more units are in the pipeline. Options include double-wall construction and 50 mm insulation for extra noise attenuation, polyester-coated exterior panes, low-thermal-bridge construction, doors on frames with large handles and adaptable control systems.

Airclean features include decontamination, airtightness, absolute filtration and easy, minimal maintenance.

A Ciat electronic control unit is available across the entire range. It can be connected to any BMS to provide control of temperature, humidification and dehumidification, fan management, filter fouling levels and water coils.

There is a wide selection of heat-recovery ventilation units. They range from rotary heat exchangers with efficiencies from 75 to 85% and plate heat exchangers with efficiencies from 60 to 85%.

ClimaCiat units are compatible with over 10 different types of filter in sizes that limit pressure drops.

There is an optional service to monitor facilities and equipment around the clock to help customers improve energy efficiency. It is called Ciat M2M.
