Ameon boosts turnover with major contract wins

Building-services-engineering specialist Ameon has secured a raft of contracts worth over £15 million, as its turnover approaches £50 million. The turnover boost for 2017/18 includes high-profile new developments in Manchester and Salford. One is the £2.4 million contract to install all M&E services for a block of 135 apartments and the £2.5 million fit-out of new offices over four floors for global law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.

Another contract is a £1.6 million M&E fit-out of the Manchester offices of international professional-services company Ernst & Young.

Work on three prestigious new Manchester Life residential apartment developments (Chalk Project, Flour Project and Blossom Iron) is valued at over £ 9 million.

Managing director Robin Lawson said, ‘We have achieved steady and sustained growth since our formation in 1996, and the diversity of our work, together with the development of new services, shows that we have the ability to maintain momentum in the coming years.’
