SES has recently instigated a number of enhanced training initiatives, including relaunching its development programme for engineers. It incorporates 24 modules across the topics of management, commercial, technical, safety and personal development. The apprentice training scheme has also been revamped; it has so far seen the company employ 77 craft apprentices throughout the country.
