Duct-mounted mixed-flow ventilation system

A duct-mounted ventilation system from Vortice combines high pressure development and good airflow. The Lineo inline mixed-flow extractor fan range comprises 14 models, with and without timers. They can be mounted at the beginning, middle and end of the air duct, horizontally or vertically, and against walls, ceilings, false ceilings or any flat surface. The Lineo range has IPX4 rating and is protected against jets of water from all directions, making them suitable for wet and humid areas. The fan unit can be removed for inspection and maintenance without tools. The junction box can be rotated to fit the mounting point for the simplest of installations. Accessories include anchor bolts and plugs, cable clamps and grommets. These fan units can be fitted to standard round pipes and rectangular ducts using a special mounting accessory. The dual-speed ball-bearing motors have a guaranteed minimum life of 30 000 h without any mechanical malfunction. getit@vortice.ltd.uk
