Coolair installed 14 City Multi PUHY condensing units on the roof of the building in two phases. Both required road closures, so the work was carried out on Sundays to minimise disruption.
Each of the seven air-conditioned floors is served by a combination of P300 and P250 outdoor units using R410A. Up to 35 different indoor units can be connected using Mitsubishi’s 2-pipe system with a total system pipe length of 300 m.
Prestigious occupants of the building include Birmingham City Council and The Insolvency Agency.
