Energy-efficient heating for barn conversion

Vaillant
Energy-efficient underfloor heating and hot water for this new home for architect Michael Watson is provided using a Vaillant condensing combination boiler.
To provide heating and hot water for an eco-friendly barn conversion designed by architect Michael Watson as his own home, Brian Hollidge of Advanced Heating & Cooling of Cambridge specified a Vaillant high-efficiency condensing combination boiler. The barn near Newmarket is made completely from natural materials and has an underfloor heating system. The ecoMAX 828E boiler is fuelled by LPG and provides full modulation for the underfloor heating. All ecoMAX combination boilers are SEDBUK A rated and achieve efficiencies of over 91% with low NOx emissions to class 5. Compared with older non-condensing boilers, they achieve a 35% saving on heating bills. www.vaillant.co.uk
