A patented panel bus concept enables installers to set up and commission a controller in minutes. Lion controllers can be installed on a DIN rail or distributed around a building using the LonWorks communications protocol.
The controller and I/O modules click onto a DIN rail. Interconnections are quickly made using plug-in bridging units. Auxiliary terminals and electronic modules simply plug into sockets. Push-in terminals speed up external wiring. Controllers perform commissioning automatically, with the installer simply setting the module address using a HEX switch.
