Space is limited, and heating and hot water systems were basic, so Andy Buckley of installer Hinton Buckley decided to install Viessmann Vitodens 100 combi boilers. Rated at 30 kW, the boilers give a high standard of hot water provision to the renovated bath/shower rooms. A further issue was service costs and boiler life, so the 10-year guarantee on the stainless-steel heat exchanger and the 5-year warranty on operating parts give the RSC solid reassurance.
