ABEC proves its worth for Imperial College

Automated Building & Energy Controls (ABEC) has secured a contract to maintain the building-management system at Imperial College, London. The contract will last for five years, with a possible 2-year extension, and covers the college’s entire property estate.

ABEC won the contract based on its practical cost-effective solution and was able to completely align its way of thinking with Imperial College’s brief.

Qualified and experienced engineers for planned preventive maintenance and reactive works were required. ABEC proved to be well organised and self-sufficient in delivering the right workforce of site.
