Imtech Inviron secures major contract with London law firm

Imtech Inviron, facilities management

Imtech Inviron, one of the largest technical-service providers in the UK, has been awarded a 3-year contract with London law firm Mishcon de Raya. This major contract win includes planned and reactive maintenance services at Mishcon de Raya’s head office in central London. The company provides legal services to high-profile individuals and companies and also has office in New York.

The contract includes two properties. The on-site team will carry out M&E services across Africa House (pictured), an 11 000 m2 Grade 2-listed building, and three floors of Mishcon de Reya’s second building in London with a combined floor space of 3500 m2.

To understand the client’s needs, Imtech Inviron carried out a thorough assessment, devising a bespoke maintenance model around the client’s requirements, which resulted in securing the contract.

The delivery model provides a dedicated manager and additional engineering presence to enable a more proactive team and greater site cover. This will deliver continuous improvements and best practice that is adopted across the two sites so there is minimal disruption during the transition period.

Adam Hurley, UK business development director for Imtech Inviron, said, ‘This is an exciting opportunity for us, and we look forward to forming a strategic partnership on this prestigious contract.’
