Balfour Kilpatrick wins more Marks & Spencer refurbishment contracts

A further four contracts to remodel Marks & Spencer stores are worth £4.5 million to Balfour Kilpatrick, the multi-services and power-systems business of Balfour Beatty. Three of the contracts to supply and install HVCA and electrical services at the Fargate, Scarborough and Doncaster stores have been awarded by HBG Construction. The fourth contract to refurbish the sales floor at Blackpool was awarded by Amec. Over the last five years, Balfour Kilpatrick has carried out over 60 contracts at Marks & Spencer stores across the UK.
