Building-services contractor Briggs & Forrester has recently completed the £3.7 million Project NIBCE to provide high-quality laboratories to conduct influenza and stem-cell research. Working in partnership with Morgan Ashurst, Briggs & Forrester was responsible for designing and installing mechanical and electrical services — including steam, liquid-nitrogen systems, power, lighting, high- and low-voltage distribution, LHPW heating and ventilation.
