Fan-coil units are quieter and more efficient than their predecessors

Ciat Ozonair, FCU, fan coil unit, air conditioning

Ciat Ozonair’s Major Line of fan-coil units use 20% less electricity than their predecessors and are also 2 dB(A) quieter. They also filter indoor air. Cooling capacities are up to 10 kW. The high-performance coils have up to 15% larger face area, and the wide choice of coils enables customised water ranges.

These fan-coil units have a contoured scroll housing designed for optimum output and performance. High-efficiency ABS impellors have aerofoil blades to reduce energy consumption. Materials have been selected for low environmental impact and are 85 to 95% recyclable, depending on size.

The Major Line is available as cased and uncased versions.

For ease of maintenance, the casing can be removed by the quarter turn of two screws to give access to the filter. The 2-piece scroll housings enable the individual replacement of fan-motor assembly components.
