Schneider Electric web site responds to customer needs

Schneider Electric has conducted a major review of its web site in response to customer feedback which showed that 85% of customers primarily visit it to access product and technical information. A new facility therefore enables customers to compare products at reference level. They can now look at the features of specific part numbers and will be able to understand differences such as colour, voltage, ratings, dimensions and settings.

This level of detail is supported with datasheets that can be downloaded to include in project plans and quotes.
