Marking the 100th installation of Daikin’s Conveni-pack solution for retail food outlets in German is this branch of denn’s Biomarkt.

Daikin’s energy-saving Conveni-pack all-in-one solution for heating, cooling and air-conditioning in food retailers has marked its 100th installation in Germany in a branch of denn’s Biomarkt, an organic supermarket chain. It is the 24th of the company’s branches to be equipped with Conveni-pack systems. Conveni-pack integrates high- and low-temperature refrigeration, air conditioning, heating and cooling in a single-system solution.

Conveni-pack has enable denn’s Biomarkt to do without fossil fuels and achieve energy savings of 20 to 30% and lower CO2 emissions compared to older branches still using conventional systems.

Most Conveni-pack components are designed on a plug-and-play basis to simplify installation. The system is based around an inverter-controlled outdoor unit, eliminating the need for an indoor refrigeration machine room and boiler room, as well as the use of conventional oil or gas heating.
