Low-voltage emergency lighting uses LED lamps

Hochiki Europe, emergency lighting, LED

Hochiki Europe’s FIREscape range of emergency lighting comprises self-contained LED luminaires and signage that are power via low-voltage cabling. The LED lamps use 95% less energy than conventional lighting. Integral batteries provide at least 3 h of operation, even if the control panel or line cables are damaged.

Fittings are addressable and fully monitored. A self-test facility provides reassurance that the emergency lighting is fully operational without the need for individual inspection.
