Climaveneta helps deliver air conditioning for new Coca-Cola HQ

Retrofitted to European-HQ standards — New Bakers Court is Uxbridge is served by two Climaveneta chillers.

The major refurbishment of a 10 000 m2 1960s office building in Uxbridge, west London to create a new UK and European headquarters for Coca-Cola Enterprises includes air-conditioning served by two Climaveneta high-efficiency air-cooled chillers with a total cooling capacity of 1800 kW. Helping to achieve a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating is precise thermo-regulation to attain low energy consumption during operating hours.

These chillers for New Bakers Court achieve Eurovent Class A performance and were specified by Mellersh & Harding Building Consultancy. A member of the design team comments, ‘We looked at the latest technology out there, and this HVAC solution was a good option for such a major refurbishment. The units will be fit for purpose for the foreseeable future.’
