Leasing service for flue-gas analysers covers for annual servicing

Flame Heating Spares, which has trade counters in Gateshead and Durham, offers a leasing services for flue-gas analysers while a customer’s own unit is undergoing its annual service. The growth in the number of analysers in service has increased service times from two days to up to two weeks.

John Savage, managing director of Flame Heating Spares, explains, ‘The number of analysers in use has grown massively, and this means the manufacturers can’t calibrate them and get them back to the installers in as fast a time as they had previously been able. This means that some tradesmen are finding themselves unable to carry out basic jobs that are core to their business.’
