Kingspan Tarec’s premium-performance Kooltherm FM pipe insulation now holds an LABC warranty, and is claimed to be the only dedicated pipe-insulation product to hold this warranty. It can help speed up installations and reduce paperwork for projects in England, Wales and Scotland.

The warranty means that local-authority building-controls surveyors do not need to repeat the checking and approval process for the product — speeding up projects and saving costs for all parties.
