Remeha boilers team up with CHP at Fitzroy Place

Remeha Commercial, CHP, boiler, space heating
Nine Remeha Eco Pro boilers supply heating and hot water for office and residential accommodation at Fitzroy Place in London.

Fitzroy Place, one of the most successful London property developments of recent years has chosen Remeha boilers to provide energy-efficient heating for its offices and residential spaces. They work alongside the central CHP plant.

The development is on the site of the former Middlesex Hospital in Fitzrovia in the West End of London. There are 287 private apartments in three residential blocks and two new office buildings with a combined area of 42 000 m2.

Three Remeha Gas 310 Eco Pro boilers deliver heating and hot water to the 8-storey office building at One Fitzroy Place.

Three more of the same boilers serve the second office building at Two Fitzroy Place.

And there are three Gas 610 Eco Pro boilers serving the residential areas.

Contractor Dornan Engineering for Sir Robert McAlpine supplied and installed the boilers.

The Remeha technical team produced a specially configured sequencer control solution to meet the multiple-boiler requirement. It enables each cascade to sequence independently through the central building-management system.
