Comforte and Comset controllers from Priva Building Intelligence now qualify for Enhanced Capital Allowances.
Priva Building Intelligence now has 11 products on the Energy Technology List, so they qualify for Enhanced Capital Allowances. They include products from the Comforte CX and Comset CX range of controllers, together with TC Vision. The Comforte CX room controller is a native BACnet application-specific controller that communicates using BACnet MS/TP. For individual access, Comforte CX comes complete with Comset CX, a user-friendly control terminal for personal room management. Alternatively, staff can operate Comforte CX via their own PC using Priva’s TC Remote pop-up application, which enables each member of staff to adjust temperature, lighting and sun blinds.

More refrigerant bans possible, says government
