Advertorial - Your ticket to unlocking efficiency in buildings: elementalLONDON lands on 19–20 November

elementalLondon ARENA

The built environment sector is under unprecedented pressure to cut both carbon and energy use, and not just in theory. With the Future Homes Standard and evolving regulations driving the shift away from fossil fuels, and building owners demanding better carbon metrics for ESG reporting, the urgency to improve building performance is real.

elementalLONDON, taking place at Excel London on 19–20 November, is set to become the leading UK event for building services professionals navigating decarbonisation, energy management and systems integration.

This show is designed for the engineers, MEP consultants, system integrators, controls specialists and service providers who make buildings function better. It is the place to explore cutting-edge HVAC, building automation, low-carbon heating, ventilation and energy optimization, all in one location.

With 200 exhibitors and 4,000 visitors expected, elementalLONDON will feature major names such as Daikin, Baxi, Danfoss, E.ON, Mitsubishi Electric and Polypipe.

Five specialist theatres – the elementalARENA, Climate Solutions Theatre, Housing Hub, and CIBSE’s Synergy and Influence Theatres – will host expert discussions on retrofit strategies, thermal modelling, indoor air quality, system interoperability, policy impacts and heat pump deployment.

A standout feature will be The HAUS, a two-storey live build inside the exhibition hall demonstrating how integrated low-carbon HVAC, controls and offsite construction techniques can work together in practice.

elementalLONDON’s ambition is supported by more than 30 industry partners, including CIBSE, RIBA, RICS, BESA, the Heat Pump Association, BEAMA, ASHRAE and others. It is a platform for cross-disciplinary discussion, bridging design, construction, ownership and operations.

Confirmed highlights include:
- Architect Michael Pawlyn on regenerative design
- The Construction Inclusion Coalition on diversity in the built environment
- Bill McQuade (ASHRAE) on Healthy Buildings
- The Construct Zero Group on Designing for Net Zero
- A RIBA panel on future building typologies
- BE:ST presenting Scotland’s low-carbon innovations
- A roundtable on Decarbonising London
- Phil Steele (Octopus Energy) on The Electric Future
- A session on Water Scarcity as a sustainability challenge
- The Great Heat Network Debate featuring funders, clients and technologists

Additional sessions will explore low-carbon schools, decarbonising healthcare, mould mitigation, climate resilience and workforce upskilling for a low-carbon future.

With a gathering of product innovators, technical experts and thought leaders, elementalLONDON offers exactly what MBS readers value most: tangible technical insight, rigorous discussion and direct access to emerging solutions.
