Ideal Commercial Heating enters commercial hot water market with EQMAX launch

Ideal EQMAX

Ideal Commercial Heating has expanded its product portfolio with the launch of the EQMAX range of gas-fired condensing water heaters, marking the company’s first move into commercial domestic hot water products.

Available from September 2026, EQMAX will enable contractors to source commercial heating and hot water equipment from a single, trusted manufacturer. This will make it simpler to order a more complete commercial plant room solution, supported by Ideal Commercial Heating’s nationwide sales, technical and aftersales services.

Designed for commercial buildings with hot water requirements, the EQMAX water heater range comprises 10 models offering outputs from 20kW to 120kW and storage capacities of 210, 356 and 538 litres. This broad selection allows the output and stored-water volume to be closely matched to the requirements of each application.

EQMAX is suitable for both planned refurbishment projects and urgent replacement installations, where restoring the hot water supply quickly is a priority. It comes with a five-year warranty at no extra cost when the appliance is commissioned free by Ideal within three months of the installation date.
