Ability shows its FCU capabilities at Arlington Business Park

Ability Projects has supplied 290 of its Trojan 4-pipe fan-coil units for the latest phase of Arlington Business Park near Reading. These chassis-type horizontal units have cooling capacities of 1.5 to 5 kW and heating from 1.5 to 3 kW. They were installed by AMEC (Bristol) above the suspended ceilings. These units were delivered to site with ‘free-issue’ Trend controls and also supplied with room sensors with 5 m flying leads to allow them to be mounted in the ceiling or on the wall. Among one of the most successful business locations in the Thames Valley, Arlington Business Park is a 48 acre campus providing a high-quality commercial environment and top-of-the-range office accommodation in an attractively landscaped setting. This latest project provides 1000 m2 of space in three self-contained buildings.
