Training for the 17th Edition of the Wiring Regulations

Following the publication of the 17th Edition of the Wiring Regulations, EAL, a leading UK body for National Vocational Qualifications and their Scottish equivalents, has launched a series of Vocationally Related Qualifications that specifically support BS 7671:2008, as the new Wiring Regulations are officially named. This development follows months of research and consultation with individuals and organisations such as NICEIC, JIB and ECA. EAL says that it has developed suitable qualifications for all levels of existing experience, so that qualified electricians, those returning to the trade and new apprentices will be job ready. Guidance on delivering the new suite of 17th Edition qualifications is available on line.
