Campus comes of age with service from NG Bailey

Campus

The M&E fit-out of this development of West Kent College’s Campus 21 has been awarded to NG Bailey. The project is worth £10 million to NG Bailey and involves the design, installation and commissioning of all electrical services, with its ICT arm delivering the structured cabling.

The focal point of the new buildings will be an open courtyard that joins the buildings to create three learning steps housing centres for different activities. The first phase is due for completion in the Spring of 2010, with final completion in late Summer 2011.

The 23 000 m2 of purpose-built facilities will include facilities for performing arts and art, and design. There will also be a training restaurant and food halls, and a cutting edge learning-resources centre.
