Ventilation products incorporate silver-ion technology

EnviroVent, ventilation

EnviroVent offers a range of ventilation solutions incorporating silver-ion technology to provide protection against a wide range of bacteria, mould and fungi for the life of the product. The BioVent range incorporates BioCote silver-ion technology to provide this protection.

Nick Heaton, managing director of EnviroVent, explains ‘Dirty, contaminated units and ductwork are an ideal breeding ground for bacteria and other microbes — a major source of indoor air pollution, with dirty systems contributing up to 50% of the cases of sick building syndrome.’

The BioVent range includes extract fans, heat-recovery solution with a wide range of control options, mechanical extract ventilation and a range of ducting and ancillaries.
