Compact packaged booster sets

Grundfos Pumps, booster sets

Grundfos has extended its range of packaged booster sets with the introduction of a range of single-phase pre-packaged CMB/CMBE booster sets. They are based on the CM stainless-steel booster pumps and suitable for applications that require clean water to be delivered from a cold-water storage tank, such as when boosting to pressurised hot- and cold-water systems.

The family covers flow rates up to 5 m3/h at 3 to 4.5 bar. Features include compact size, ease of installation, quiet operation, built-in motor protection, suitability for potable water (with major components WRAS approved) and readily availability due to a policy of local stocking.

These sets are available as fixed- or variable-speed units. Fixed-speed versions come complete with a PM2 pressure manager and a optional 8 l storage vessel. Variable-speed units have as standard an integral sensor, gauge and vessel.

Sets are delivered factory commissioned.
